Career[]

A Los Angeles, California native, she has worked on many television and movie projects as a vocalist. She wrote the song "Livin' On A High Wire" performed by Lemonade Mouth Cast and "Girl Thing" from the Disney Channel Original Movie, "Den Brother".

Like Drew Ryan Scott, Windy is credited in a lot of the songs on Glee. She has done back-up vocals for over 200 songs featured on the show, soundtracks, and 3D movie. Her other credits as a background vocalist include the movie, Rock of Ages, and the Disney show theme songs for Sonny With a Chance, Hannah Montana, and Good Luck Charlie. A few other of her many credits include Camp Rock, Frenemies, So Random, Dadnapped, Starstruck, Tarzan, American Idol, Six Feet Under, Tinkerbell and the Pixie Hollow Games, The Muppet Movie, Phineas and Ferb and the Second Dimension, Dr Doolittle, Bad Boys 2, Sharpary's Fabulous Adventure, and Legally Blonde. She also worked on the video game, Just Dance.

She has performed on-stage and on-screen with many of music's biggest names, including Elton John, k.d. lang, Queen Latifah, James Taylor, Cyndi Lauper, Joe Cocker, and Sting.

In addition to being a singer and songwriter, she is a vocal contractor. Similar to a casting director, she works to find singers who are appropriate for the specific project. She has worked as a vocal contractor on the movies New Years Eve, Rock of Ages, for the 2011 Academy Awards (Gwenyth Paltrow performance), and in an episode of House.

She worked on many television commercials, including Barbie, T.J.Maxx, Sea World, Hanes, Dell Computers, Sketchers, Disneyland, Lexus, and Skittles.

She currently works as an on-set vocal coordinator for Glee, where she works directly with the actors on their lip-syncing during filming.

She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and 6-year-old son.
