Raquel "Rocky" Blue is one of the main characters alongside CeCe Jones on the show Shake It Up!. Rocky is known to be a smart, geeky girl who is excellent at every subject. She is also a very nice, good person who hates to do anything bad. She also dances on the show Shake It Up, Chicago! alongside her best friend CeCe Jones and her two enemies Gunther and Tinka Hessenheffer.
Rocky is a very studious girl. She values learning, and has a perfect attendance record. Unlike her best friend CeCe, she values school more than her friend does. She's extremely intelligent, but is more book-smart rather than street-smart, the opposite of CeCe. Rocky is always being pushed around by CeCe to be more exciting and risk-taking. Rocky loves dancing and she even has a career in it currently.

Ty is Rocky's older brother. Rocky knows a few embarrassing things about him and she threatens to tell the world about this sometimes. Ty is also known to be a talented dancer as well as Rocky. Ty is shown dancing in many episodes throughout the series. (See: Ry)
(Friend)
Flynn is CeCe's little brother. He has known Rocky since Rocky met CeCe, and therefore thinks of her an older sister. He loves her and missed her almost immediately after she "left" in the limousine to the airport in the episode, "Model It Up."
Deuce is Rocky's friend and schoolmate. He might have a crush on her. She seems to care about him at times and he cares about her too. Also, she seemed shocked when Deuce thought CeCe had a crush on him, this could suggest she likes him. (See: Reuce)
Rocky thinks Gunther is a weird and unusual guy, but she's always cute to him. Their "frenemy" relationship, in recent episodes, seems now a nice friendly relationship, or something more for lots of fans. In one episode, Rocky was the first one of her duo friendship to agree to go to his house for Vatalihootsit Day (see Vatalihootsit It Up), and in Show It Up, she wants him (and his sister Tinka) in her team to defeat Candy, and she seems so disappointed when he leaves her to join in Candy's group. Also in the episode Break It Up, Rocky and Gunther are seated together in the last scene, and Rocky's plaster shows Gunther's signature. Like CeCe and Tinka, Rocky and Günther talk in a ironic way throughout the series. Günther thinks Rocky is a sort of "witch" (see Kick It Up). He helps her, enthusiasticly, with her modeling in Model It Up. (See: Runther)
Although Rocky is a vegetarian, she ate sushi and a 10-pound meatball ("Meatball It Up", "Party It Up", "Wild It Up"). But she still has animal rights.
