Phil is the former executive producer of the new Shake It Up! Chicago. He appears in the end of Quit It Up and appeard until Loyal It Up. He is now executive producer of Dance Factor and Gary Wilde has replaced him as executive producer on Shake It Up, Chicago.
He first appeared in the end of "Quit It Up," where he saw Rocky, CeCe, Tinka and the other dancers dancing on the new stage. He also appeared in the begining of "Ty It Up," where he revealed that he is the new producer of the show after the show hosted a contest, where Gary tried to get his job back, but didn't. He explained that in order to Rocky, CeCe and Tinka to be back on the show they would have to re-audition for him and the new host, Lance Daniels. After the re-audition when it was said that last person was a Blue, it was revealed that Phil chose Ty while Lance, keeping his deal with CeCe, chose Rocky. After a long day of arguing with each other, Phil fired Lance and hired Ty to be the new host. When it was beileved that since Ty was going to be the host there was one spot left, but Phil explained that he wanted new faces for the show and only kept CeCe and Tinka as they were the old faces of the show and didn't choose Rocky. Later, Phil rehired Rocky as he realizes that he made a mistake for not rehiring her right away, although he didn't admit until later, as he watch old footage of the show where he saw her dance skills. Phil quit working for Shake It Up, Chicago to go work for Dance Factor then told Rocky, CeCe, Tinka, and the rest of the Shake it Up workers he only loved Power & Money also he fried Gary Wild, who was gonna host the new show Phil is now gonna do.
Quit It Up: He told Rocky, Cece and Tinka that he hasn't hired any new dancers and auditions would be next week.
Ty It Up: He said that he was the new executive producer and when Gary tried to get his job back he didn't, he told Rocky, Cece and Tinka in order to get back on the show you need to reaudition, he chose Cece and Tinka as dancers and Ty as a host but didn't chose Rocky because he wanted new faces.
