Changes: Merry Merry It Up

Merry Merry It Up^[1] is the 5th episode in Season 3 of Shake It Up. The episode first aired on December 2, 2012.

Plot

CeCe picks a fight with Jeremy, leading Georgia to break up with him. To fix the situation, Rocky takes a turn as the ghost of Christmas dance and escorts CeCe on a dream journey to the past, present and future. Zendaya performs the new song "Shake Santa Shake" in the episode.

Episode Summary

Since CeCe and Jeremy didn't get along, Georgia breaks up with Jeremy. CeCe is at first super happy about it. Then she is visited in a dream by the ghost of Christmas dance, who takes her to the Christmas past, present, and future, after a big dance number. In Christmas past, it showed that Georgia once said that she wanted Santa to put a hot fire man in her stocking. In Christmas future, it was showed that after Jeremy, Georgia never had another man in her life other than Flynn. In Christmas present, it showed why Georgia broke up with Jeremy. After seeing the future, CeCe feels horrible and later, gets them back together.

Meanwhile, Flynn wins a hot tub during a contest on the radio. When he gets it, he gets in, and stays in it for the rest of the episode.

Also, when Deuce's family leaves him behind when they were going to go on vacation for the holidays, Ty lets Deuce stay at his place and celebrate Christmas with them. He regrets his decision after finding out that he had to do all of the Martinez Christmas traditions that involve him working his butt off. Later, Deuce thanks Ty for putting up with all of his family traditions, and apologizes for being a pain.
